Opposite Reaction

And with every action there is an equal yet opposite reaction...And I have swung from super happy-happy to majorly down-down. I am trying to get out of it, but it is extremely difficult. I wish I could just snap my fingers and magically feel 100% and on top of the world...But I've tried and it doesn't work.

It's like I'm re-trapped in my mind again. It sucks. They speak of "perfect possessions" where the person is unwilling to defend herself against the demon...Maybe I'm that person, and I've just given up on defending myself against myself...Interesting...
