Sometimes, ya just gotta let it go

Soooooo, all the drama with pulling the trigger on the house...and we did...and they rejected our offer. Curses! Oh well, it wasn't meant to be then.

Now the swirls of drama keep re-entering life in other aspects. One thing I am starting to see is that in many instances, you can't focus on the "bad" of now and all the trouble that is happening now, IF the steps being taken to rectify the situation will make for a better future from here on out. It's easy to get caught up in the turmoils of the day, and I'm not trying to be unsympathetic or caring, but in essence, when you look towards what you are going to achieve, the present issues or problems don't seem as detrimental.

It is always darkest before the dawn, but when the light breaks through the darkness, it's like a beacon. Everything brightens up and things to get better. You can't focus 100% on the bad, if you really want the good to come your way. It's easy to get caught up in the rush of emotions and crap that happens in any given day, but it's important to remember that it's just one day. And yes, maybe these emotions and things will/may happen frequently, but they will also get better and improve as time goes it.

You just need to give it time. Rome wasn't built in a day. A broken heart isn't mended in a second. You can't instantly change a lifetimes worth of work on whim...So you just need to take baby steps. Let go of the past and look forward to what the future holds.Take everything one day at a time, knowing and remembering most of all, that happiness is just around the corner.
